I received the bike 8 days after the order. The delivery man called before he arrived. Packaging well made. Bike well protected in cardboard. No shocks... between Poland and Finistère! So close to that side. Easy assembly. Handlebar, raise the fork. Front wheel, mud guard av and arr. And luggage rack. Finally, checking and tightening bolts. Battery delivered charged. Comfortable bike in all suspended. Handles a little hard. To see over time but having already done hundreds of kilometers with A classic mountain bike of good quality, I doubt that at the end of it or at the terminals in the very muddy roads of the countryside around my home, it is still operational at the level of rolling, derailleur and other parts which pick up serious! But hey, it's pretty nice to ride with the lady who has an electric mountain bike... So you can go!

The XT750Plus will arrive soon. Less than two weeks after ordering. But unfortunately the LCD screen has deteriorated. I immediately sent an email to customer service with a photo of the screen and they took my replacement request very seriously and yesterday I received my new screen. What could be better than this? After-sales service is the most important thing. I do not regret my purchase and now that I have the control screen I will be able to make the most of my LANKELEISI XT750Plus. Thank you to all involved in fulfilling my wish.

The bike arrived very well packed within 6 days and could be assembled relatively quickly and easily. A few basic knowledge should be available. It drives very easily, is very easy to switch and operate and the engine is so quiet that you can't hear it. I am very satisfied and can recommend it with a clear conscience. The instruction manual in English I had requested from the seller right after the purchase and it was sent to me the next day as a PDF.
