Very good customer care, I bought the 1000w 48V35ah model, the product arrived at the right time. I've been riding it to work, it's great, it's powerful, strong, I love it, it's my dream bike. because it can spin normally, electric spinning and can drive like a motorcycle and has a total of 3 modes to choose from as needed I recommend this seller,VERYGOOD ??

   I bought it 5 days ago and it really is comfortable for me to use the bike to work and walk, even with the support of my son and me. The maximum speed is about 25 km/h and the best are the wheels to ride in spring. From my experience it has been very good for me to get to my job without wasting time on public transport. Thanks to the seller for the quick answer to my questions.

   I use this bike to get to work everyday, and I have to take it up and down hills that are far steeper than intended for the bike, and it still works fantastically.
   I do not know how waterproof the bike is for the rain, but I just wrap the display with a plastic bag to further protect it. However the wiring that is on the bike seems pretty protected from the elements in the first place.
   Very good for the money highly recommend

   I am very satisfied with my purchase. Reliability, robustness, aesthetics, performance, battery life, nothing I can complain about, everything is more than satisfactory. However, there are some points to review regarding the design of the bicycle and its folding. The front brake caliper hits the frame. It would be judicious to provide for a stop to avoid any damage and to also provide for a blocking of the elements to solidify them and facilitate the loading of the folded bicycle in the automobile.

   KF9 is a reference in the well-comfortable open-frame Fat Bike range. Its equipment level is of very good level, especially for the lighting part with stop light and indicators. The autonomy is less than that indicated but normal if I compare to my equivalent bikes. To know that I had not anticipated that it is necessary to measure which m (in fact 1m65 is ok) to have the feet touching the ground. C'ts related to the sseat Rod damming system which prevents it from going down completely.

   Very good bike, that's why I bought the same for my wife. Pretty powerful and nervous (be careful in the city), you flirt at 45 km/h. Very well equipped and complete for the price. Comfortable and ergonomically top I'm fed up with bicycles where you are bent over the handlebars, everything is natural here. The packaging is good. Maybe revise again: It's a shame that you don't offer the option of an additional battery when buying. The front brake is a bit noisy and so is the engine, but you get used to it. It is also a shame that there is no small can of chain grease in the accessory package.

   Hello. Package was undamaged and inside the box the bike is very well protected and almost fully assembled. The bike il rather Big. I am 1,80m and it just fits my height.
   Riding is a great pleasure with this bike, very comfortable and powerfull, and breaking and turning lights are a good élément of security. The breaks are perfectly efficient. The only thing I could complain about is the poorness of the display Where it is impossible to reset the steps of assistance and to have the real time engine consuption on the screen because these features realy help to optimise the performance / consuption ratio and keep you ride longer.
   Altogether, the KF9 is a very good bike and I have great fun with it. I do recommend!
   The specs on the presentation page are accurate, and their prices are Among the lowest on the market.
   So am satisfied with both the bike

   I bought the bike for longer rides in and out of town and I'm very, very pleased with it. Pros-long range-as in the doc, up to 100 km per load (checked!) -powerful engine that responds well; very good brakes-good looks-good mechanics in general (exchanger, seat, brakes, wheels, etc.) counterbalance-a little heavy and you need to tilt it to get up to the seat (I have an average height) recommendation: complete the original equipment with mirrors and a better bell and exercise to enjoy this bike!
