Contact very good before and after buying. Shipment very fast. In 2 days i received scooter. Very good packaging and all as described. Scooter is really great. Very good acceleration. Long range and speed just enough for me to ride. Some settings to change described in manual. Really recommend. Its first scooter but very very satisfactory.
