I had to wait a bit longer than expected to receive the bike due to some logistics issues, but the customer support team was outstanding. They were not only super friendly but also transparent about the challenges they faced. The bike itself performs wonderfully, and I appreciate the ability to set a speed cap to comply with EU regulations. The derailleur could use some improvements, but considering the price, it's definitely great value for money.

I do not usually sheet it, but if you ever have to go back by car it is easy to fold it up and load it and have someone take you home or on a trip. Hello from now on km on the clock! J uses the bike every day and travels an average of 40km by twinting bike plus tranport because I put it on the train without worry. I 've used it all the time and it didn't make me wrong. I recharge it every night although I have never managed to empty the battery completely. The bike is of good quality and folds in months of 30 seconds. The tires also look robust because it hurts the shocks of the road every day I did not have the slightest problem. The bike is pleasant in use and sneaks everywhere but you must always keep both but on the handlebars. I take this bike everywhere with me even on a weekend. I recommend this product after testing it since.

Bought these so we could put in the boot of a car and take them with us when visiting grand children and join them on a run. Being Electrically assisted it means also that we can keep up with the grandchildren. Well made product, very easy to flow and unfold. We also purchased the carrying bags which go a long way to protecting both the bikes and car when being transported. The bikes ride very well and the controls easy to operate and understand. Range looks to be good as after a 10 km ride the battery still indicated 4/5 full. Recommended as a well built, easy to fold / unfold and transport Ebike.
