Delivery was fine but fist provided tracking number was not correct. Delivered after 2 weeks.
I had some issiue after about 3-4km uphill ride - an error 008 occured and rear motor was not working a while(several minutes). It looks like some overheat happens. I asked for explanation or manual. Even up to now I did not get any manual or error decoding document from seller or explanation what the code 008 means. :)
But the bike is nice and strong - like small motocycle :)

After several phone calls and text conversations the seller sent all items in question. We have put 100+miles on it and it is what we hoped it would be. Awesome! Both wheels have a motor and the power is great. it also handles very well for a large bike. Awesome bike and really enjoy riding it.
